Shire of Capel receive counter petition to not restrict 4WD access at Peppermint Grove Beach

Peppermint Grove Beach took the centre stage at Shire of Capel’s ordinary council meeting on Wednesday, February 25 as the council received a petition to keep four-wheel-drive access to the popular beach.
