A man has been rushed to hospital with burns following an explosion at a home north of Perth.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after reports of an explosion at a property on Mariala Vista in Yanchep on Tuesday night.
The occupant — a man aged in his 30s — suffered burns and was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital by St John WA.
The home was significantly damaged in the explosion, with surrounding properties evacuated until the scene was deemed safe.
Police confirmed no criminality had been identified.
