SRG Global pushes into marine sector, buys Total AMS for $85 million

The purchase of the marine infrastructure group will boost SRG’s annual revenues by $200m, add 500 workers to its roster and deliver shore bases in Fremantle, WA’s North West and Gladstone in Queensland.
