Police Minister Reece Whitby blames ‘reckless’ driving for road toll that keeps climbing

The death of a 43-year-old motorcyclist in Oakford on Saturday increased this year’s road toll to 170, above the 162 recorded by the same time last year and much higher than the five-year average of 148.
