A Bunbury shopping centre will be raising funds for sick kids and their families by hosting a family fun day as part of this year’s Telethon.
On October 4, Bunbury Centrepoint will also host a Family Fun Day with live entertainment, face painting, balloon twisting, lawn games, roving performers, giveaways, and more for the whole family to enjoy.
It forms part of fundraising campaign which also include a raffle between September 20 and October 11 with the chance to win various prizes — including a shopping spree — with entry just $5.
Shoppers can also win the chance to see the Telethon action for themselves by taking a photo at the Telethon booth in centre and follow the entry steps.
They could win two tickets to Telethon’s opening night and two tickets to the closing night in Perth.
Bunbury Centrepoint’s senior marketing manager Jake Tana said the local centre was excited help raise funds for the cause.
“Telethon makes a real difference in the lives of WA families, and this is our way of giving back,” he said.
“The Give & Win raffle is a fun and meaningful way for locals to show their support, and we’re excited to host a Family Fun Day at Bunbury Centrepoint to help drive even more awareness and donations.”
