WA Supreme Court clears AIMCo’s $55m acquisition of Yeeda Pastoral

Derby’s abattoir is set to be sold, with a decision by the WA Supreme Court clearing the way for the acquisition of Yeeda Pastoral Company and Kimberley Meat Company by Canadian investment firm AIMco.
