An earthquake of magnitude 6.9 struck Myanmar, the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said on Friday (Mar 28), while hundreds of people poured out of buildings in the Thai capital Bangkok after the tremors. A tourist submarine sank on Thursday during a routine underwater sightseeing tour off the coast of Hurghada, a popular Red Sea resort city in Egypt, killing at least six Russian nationals on board.
