SEOUL: South Korea has voiced concerns to China over its establishment of a “no-sail zone” in a shared area of the Yellow Sea, Seoul’s foreign ministry said on Saturday (May 24). Fake stories of a coup d’etat in the West African nation of Ivory Coast surfaced this week amid mounting tensions over the upcoming October general elections.
