RSPCA WA investigates shocking incident after 4WD ‘deliberately’ ploughs into flock of Corella birds

Car sped past a runner on Marmion Avenue before veering onto the verge and ploughing through more than a dozen Corella’s around 7am on Sunday, said a North Beach local.
